We had a very disappointing experience with this balloon artist and would not recommend this service. The entertainer arrived late to my best friend's little sister's duck-themed birthday party. The main attraction was supposed to be a large duck balloon display, but because of the late arrival, this was never completed. Instead, he decided to make balloon animals. Things became upsetting when some of the younger children saw another child receive a balloon crown and naturally wanted one too. Initially, he refused to make them, which was disappointing considering the promised duck display had not been delivered. After my brother and my best friend requested crowns,he eventually made them and my best friend and brother gave them to the younger children. However, he then told the 3- and 5-year-old children that they couldn't have another balloon because they had "stolen other people's ones." These are very young children who simply didn't understand the situation, and speaking to them that way was completely inappropriate. The most upsetting moment involved my 6-year-old little brother, who is very shy and had to be encouraged just to ask for a balloon. When he finally spoke, the entertainer responded with, "What do you want, mate? Can't make you new teeth," referring to my brother's damaged front teeth. Making fun of a six-year-old child's appearance is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Overall, we found the service late, unorganised, and the way several young children were spoken to was unacceptable. We will never be hiring this company again. I've sent Balloons Galore balloon creations to friends in hospital a dozen times over the last ten years or so. Excellent service every time, and they are always so well received. Massive shoutout to Mr Ben the Balloon Twister for making my son’s 3rd birthday an absolute hit today! 🎈✨ From the moment he arrived, Ben was warm, friendly and instantly had all the kids (and adults!) smiling. He didn’t just “twist balloons” — he created proper balloon magic. The designs were incredible, he was so patient with the excited little ones, and he handled the birthday chaos like a total pro. What really stood out was how Ben went above and beyond in every way. He made each child feel special, took the time to get their requests just right, and brought such a fun, calm energy to the party. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does — and it showed in both the quality of his work and the way he connected with everyone. My family organised for some celebration balloons to be delivered to our home in Ipswich for our recent engagement and OMG THEY WERE INCREDIBLE! The balloon creations that this business can put together is unreal, the man that delivered the balloons made our day with his smile and humour as the balloons just kept coming ha-ha.
